Control system engineering for Electro-Chlorination Plant.
Prodesign executes the complete scope of services from application engineering to commissioning, training for S7 400H based control system for electro-chlorination as part of the 4000 Ultra Mega watt Power plant in Gujarat, India. The solution also involves communication with third party energy meters on IEC protocol.

Integration of over 100 S7 Systems to central monitoring system at FORD, Chennai.
FORD needed to integrate over 100 S7 PLC systems in their Body shop, Paint Shop, TCS, etc areas to a central monitoring system with challenging deadlines and minimum downtime. Prodesign is currently executing this project by deploying teams at FORD plant working flexible hours, adapting existing software, reengineering hardware and commissioning in a phased manner to ensure non-interruption of plant operation.

Prodesign completes control and safety system engineering for New Doha International Airport.
Control and Safety system hardware and software engineering for Fuel farm handling at New Doha International Airport. The scope involved engineering of Siemens S7-400 FH Fire and Gas and Emergency Shutdown and Siemens PCS7 Distributed Control System.
Prodesign team executed complete scope of services from application engineering and functional design to testing.

Four Drill ships control systems successfully commissioned.
The Prodesign On-site team worked with Daewoo in South Korea for a period of 15 months and successfully commissioned four drill ships control systems. The project involved on-site commissioning, testing, training and handing over of Siemens S7-300 and ET200M based control systems.

Prodesign to execute hardware and software engineering for Middle East pipeline project.
Prodesign has just secured an order to execute hardware and software engineering for a 400 km pipeline project in Middle East. The scope of the project includes engineering of Emergency Shutdown systems, Fire and Gas detection systems, DCS, Multiple Redundant Servers, Pipeline SCADA incorporating disaster management and IEC protocols. The complete engineering, documentation and IFAT for this project will be handled by the Engineering centre in Chennai, India.
